With the AVTA On-Request app, users can request or schedule services such as Dial-A-Ride and On-Request Microtransit. The technology ensures that all ride bookings are coordinated seamlessly, providing various features for an enhanced travel experience.
Users can specify their desired pickup times, track their vehicle's arrival, and access driver and vehicle information to ensure security. Additionally, the app allows for real-time tracking, giving users insights into their estimated time of arrival (ETA) to effectively manage their schedules.
To begin using the app, users should enter the phone number associated with their AVTA account. For those encountering issues related to multiple accounts or login difficulties, assistance is readily available by calling 855-833-8541.
